Our intermediates put down a tough evening on Saturday as we went down to an impressive Knockavilla Kickhams team in Round 2 on the intermediate county championship.

Kickhams raced into an early lead, and its one we could never really close, we battled very hard but kickhams were getting the scores that bit easier and were able to keep us at arms length for most of game, after loosing a couple of players to red cards, kickhams pulled away easy in the end.

We will have put this game behind us and prepare for a massive game this Saturday afternoon as we take on Galtee Rovers

We wish Luke Faulkner a speedy recovery as he picked up a a nasty looking ankle injury near the end of the game.
